Apprenticeship Programme

Earn as you learn offshore

BOP WorX runs a structured apprenticeship programme for people new to offshore wind work. They will shadow experienced BoP technicians and Lead Technicians on live construction and O&M campaigns, building the practical skills, safety awareness and certifications needed to progress to a full BoP technician.
